A visit from Sensei Frank Brennan

On Sunday November 1st we were lucky enough to again welcome Sensei Frank Brennan (8th Dan) to the club for training and grading.

As ever, the session was greatly enjoyed by all. Very challenging, very informative and very welcome after not seeing Sensei for many months due to covid 19 restrictions.

We were all thoroughly put through our paces and the class benefited us greatly with a lot to take away and develop in our training.

Due to Covid 19 we haven't had a session with Sensei Brennan in many months and, due to the latest lock down, we don't know when we will again so that made it extra special.

Good to see some friends for Sonkei and Low Fell Karate Clubs and congratulations to Jim Bailey and James Furness who both graded successfully.

We look forward to seeing Sensei Brennan again as soon as we can.
